years of experience in a Helicopter company. Most recent 18 years as a
Logistics Engineer I provided technical support to commercial
Marketing, Sales, and Business Development efforts i.e.
Provisioning, forecasting and creating spares list for proposals. I
supported the definition of new commercial option installations to meet
specific customer needs and product definition process improvement
efforts. Also I interfaced with customers, suppliers, as well as
internal departments (Airframe, Electrical/Avionics, systems and
aircraft attributes) to satisfy customer configuration requirements. I
provided required spares list for proposal activities which may include
competitive analysis, domestic and international regulatory evaluation.
I interfaced with the appropriate engineering disciplines and
completion center as applicable. Also I conducted technical analysis of
product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in
accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
As part of our Customer Support Team, I had ability to quickly make an
impact to our overall success. Utilizing different inventory software’s
and Microsoft Office.
